Franklin Method Workshops

Through movement, imagery, and embodied anatomical understanding, Franklin Method workshops help participants improve coordination, mobility, balance, and overall ease in movement. Workshops are experiential, engaging, and designed to support greater comfort, efficiency, and well-being in both movement and daily life. And they’re fun!

Franklin Method® Training Levels

Ruth has completed the full progression of Franklin Method teacher training through Level 4 (Expert Level), encompassing study of movement, anatomy, imagery, organ systems, and the sensory systems.

Level 1 — Introductory Level
The power of imagery, anatomy, and movement, with a particular focus on bones, balance, alignment, and foundational movement principles.

Level 2 — Intermediate Level
A deeper exploration of movement and function with a strong focus on the muscular system, core support, and dynamic coordination.

Level 3 — Advanced Level
Inner anatomy and the organs, exploring how the systems of the body interact to support breath, movement, energy, and overall function.

Level 4 — Expert Level
An exploration of the sensory systems, perception, and the cells of the body, deepening awareness of how the nervous system influences movement and function.
