Ruth Kasckow is a Licensed Body Mapping Educator since 2010 with over a decade of experience helping musicians improve coordination, reduce tension, and perform with greater ease and freedom. Her work integrates anatomy, movement, and awareness, offering practical tools that support both performance and long-term well-being.

She has presented workshops and classes for musicians, teachers, and institutions across the United States, with a focus on injury prevention, efficient movement, and expressive, sustainable performance.
